Rested & Recharged – Bedtime Affirmations For Children With Learning Challenges In School
it’s two tracks of relaxing music and positive affirmations. It is designed to help your child feel better about him or herself while getting a good night’s sleep. A restful sleep is so important for your child’s general health and performance in school. Our hope is that you begin to see your child view him or herself in a more positive light. This improved outlook on life will help your child face the challenges in school.
